Start Ben Sheet?!!? HELP

Ok I need to know If i should start Ben Sheets for opening day against Seattle.

He has played like crap during spring and he has to go up against a very potent seattle lineup and King felix!!

Im leaning towards NOT starting him. This league is H2H standard 6x6 12 team league. The extra bat cat is OPS and the extra pitching cat is K/BB.

My other starters for this weak include Roy halladay, Nolasco, Hanson, Liriano, Rowland-Smith, and Joe Saunders.

I'm not starting Sheets but I only have him in roto leagues where losses count against me. If I had him in H2H, I'd play him. Will he lose? Probably, but I care more about "warm bodies" and cumulative stats in H2H, so I'd throw him out there and hope for the best. Plus, Seattle doesn't have a great offense and they're playing in run-sucking Oakland...

I agree. Start him. I think he defiantly has a Quality Start against Seattle in him. i'd put it at a 60-40 shot at a win too, but that would be icing on the cake.
