The trade is pretty much a 2 for 2. I like getting Lincecum and Pablo. Pablo has looked great in spring training and while the lineup as a whole is suspect, he should be able to hold his own. You still have speed on your team so Ellsbury isn't really needed. I like it for you.

You could certainly use the pitching.
I would take the Sandoval/Wright side. You get a slight downgrade at 3B, and lose an OF in exchange for a true ace. You have Borbon for steals already too.

Do it.

I like Kung Fu Panda and the All American Beefcake.

To me getting Lincecum over Ellsbury is so great that I would be willing to take the slight step down from Wright to Pablo.

Yeah I think Pablo will help me out a bit more in HR's which im lacking and I wont lose too much with Ellsbury since I got a combo of Coghlan/Bruce/Borbon I can use.

Plus I will be getting Timmy and that should round out my pitching staff barring injuries.

Hey wingman, thanks for your input on my thread.

I agree with the mojority here, I would take Lincy and Pablo if I were you. Lincy is just that good that it becomes worth it. Wright is the better 3B however Pablo is only getting better and is elidgable for 2 positions. I say take the deal.
