I dont like it for you. Unless you are really desperate for pitching. You can get more for Wright.

I agree. Unless you are really pressed for pitching. Can you post your roster so we can tell for sure?

I'd do that deal in a heartbeat. I usually don't like trading the best player in the deal, and usually just don't like trading Wright in general, but this is a very fair and actually in your favor type of trade. Ubaldo is a top 10 Starter, which you could really use his value with Marquis and Buerhle as your current #3/#4, and plus when Lee comes back your rotation will be sweet with a 2 headed monster of Lee/Ubaldo followed up by another 2 headed monster of Cain/Burnett.
Plus its not like Beckham is dog meat, this kid has tremendous upside in a hitters park with a solid lineup around him. Plus he carries multi position eligibility. I would do this deal for 3 reasons, it helps you tremendously in the pitching Dept. It is actually really good value for Wright at this point, and its not like you get some scrub to replace him. Finally if when Lee comes back from the DL you think you have too much SP and would like to upgrade, you can then send an arm with Beckham and go after a Longoria/Zimmerman type 3B.
BTW I project Beckham at: .290/95/20-24HR/85/14SB... Not too bad of line considering you are getting a top tier SP along with him. Id do this deal...

Great thanks to soto for the sweet sig!...
