MY Frasor for HIS N Feliz... Holds League... WHIR!!

This is my 1st HOLDs league that ive ever been in so im still learning the HOLD concept. Normally, id never consider this deal but in a HOLDs league, im honestly interested... I have 4 Closers and a couple HOLDs guys but i think with Neftalis ridiculously HIGH K rate, combined with his low Ratios, and potential to vulture a Win or Save, he could be quite valuable, Especially with HOLDs. Saves and Holds are just as valuable as one another, its just SAVEs are more predictable. Feliz is ELECTRIC and he wil be the setup man in Texas so I see no reason why he cant finish as a TOP 5 HOLDs guy, whereas Jason Frasor is currently labelled as "the man" in Toronto but theres Kevin Gregg AND Scott Downs to fill the void IF Frasor faulters.... Frasor could lose the job if he stumbles and might not even get the HOLDs if hes booted from the Closer role, whereas Felizs role is defined and could only get better!! My roster is below:
