Yahoo StatTracker problem

No Fn' surprise. StatTracker was a mess last year when everybody had to pay for it. Now you give it to everybody for free should we be surpsied that they candle handle the increased traffic.

Yeah I tried it on multiple computers with multiple browsers, so it's definitely a Yahoo incompatibility with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I can't say I'm surprised, given it's Yahoo. However, considering it's the one thing Yahoo charges for that a lot of people pay for you'd think they'd test it so it works during the free period to start the season. Who's going to buy this crap if it doesn't work?

Nobody will buy it for the simple fact that this year it is free.

it's the only game on right now, do you really need to use stat tracker to see your score already?

I think this is actually a pretty unfair complaint. If you read this board much you'd find that one of their guys (Fantasy Sports Genie) is around here quite a bit and almost always responds to any reasonable complaint. If you had something reasonable to complain about you might get a response.

Any site that handles so much bandwith is bound to have some technical problems.

I will put a bet down right now that this problem is solved by Tuesday. Unfortunately that will never put an end to all the needless bitching...

It's a free service. Sometimes I just want to jam my foot down people's throat who don't realize that.

There is one G.D. game on. Watch it, enjoy it, and remember why we play this game in the first place.

I hadn't noticed that, but it certainly explains why it doesn't work and why they won't be quick to fix when it frequently breaks down. Free = poorer service. Just a fact of life.

As long as at the end of the week/season all the scores are up to date and correct....I'm happy.
