I'm in a 13 team mixed league ROTO. We just had our auction yesterday. Here's what ive got.

Well done. I like your team a lot for a 13 team league.
Pros: great INF depth, power and avg. Solid OF overall--shoul gets pts in all cats. Fair crop of RP. SP depth is good.
Cons: SP qualtiy is fair. RP depth could be better.
Ideas: move a OF + INF (Chipper, Young, Kubel, Stubbs) for an upgrade at SP. I'm one to not "pay for saves" so trading for a closer is not my fav strategy.

I think this team is very solid for a 13 team league. Good power and speed options. The only thing I see missing is that go to ace starting pitcher or closer like a Haren, Lincecum or Sabathia, Rivera, Papelbon or Broxton. But alot of nice young arms there that will be perennial all stars as they mature.

If I could give you advice it would be to move Jered Weaver around the all star break. His career splits show a much stronger 1st half. The better first half he has the more value you'll get for him. I'd look at moving him for a more consistent option like Lilly, Oswalt or Peavy.

Nice to see a league that drafts a full roster and not a 1C, 3 OF amateur hours.

I just had a 13 team mixed auction, so I have an idea of what a 13 team squad should look like.

This team looks really good. Looks like you spent to get a large quantity of great players. and paid the price with weak C, 2B, Chris Young and your last two pitching spots (Gonzalez and Arroyo)

If you see any opportunity to upgrade at 2B, I would do it. But at the first sign of Chris Young not raising his batting average I would replace him with the first offensive FA you find.

And really, if your last pitcher and hitter are your biggest problems.... you ain't got no problems.

This week should I drop Uribe for either Marco Sctuaro or Sean Rodriguez. I think I'll keep Polanco as my 2B for a while as he just launched a grand slam.
