Should I do these trades?

AL only league, 10 teams, 23 man rosters with 7x7 cats with OBP, SLG% added for hitters and holds and quality starts added for pitchers. I think I have a pretty solid team but a lot of question marks and am lacking in speed.

These are the following trade offers:

My Carlos Quentin for his Ichiro and

My Brett Anderson for his Denard Span

What do you guys think?

im not really familiar with keepers that much but in terms of straight value id pull the quentin deal for ichiro

I like the Quentin for Ichiro swap, but not to sure your Rotation can handle the lose of Anderson, especially with the news today that Gio Gonzalez beat our Cahill for the 5th slot in the A;s Rotation (I had high hopes for Cahill)

I'm definitely going to agree. Jump on that Quentin for Ichiro deal. Sure Ichiro is declining, but he's you can almost put an exact number on the stats he's going to put up. Quentin could the player of 2 years ago, but in my opinion he'll fall short (apparently he's an easy hitter to figure out). Go with Ichiro trade.
