Wow, I thought it was a pretty good deal. I could stick Zobrist in my SS and he isn't that much of a downgrade. Werth is a nice addition to my OF and I like Greinke better then Haren anyways. I have some thinking to do now?

I don't think I like it either, for what it's worth. You are giving up two very proven commodities in Hanley and Haren and getting back a lot of mystery. I'm pretty high on Zack Greinke, but there is still a very good chance that he reverts to his pretty good years instead of giving you his stellar 2009. Dan Haren has quietly put together a fantastic three year run. Werth and Zobrist are the biggest mysteries in this trade. I think Zobrist's power is for real, but his average isn't. Werth is in the same situation. His power numbers are for real, but his average has dropped every year for three years now. It's not a terrible trade, but you really don't need it.

I wouldn't do it either. Greinke is a stud, but so is Haren, and he's done it for three years versus Greinke's one big year. Those those two are a wash. So, Hanley for Zobrist and Werth? I don't think so, you can get a much better return for Hanley.

Thanks for your help on mine!
