That's a high risk, high reward roster. Lots of injury risks (Berkman, Kinsler, Street) and boom-or-bust players (Bartlett, Drew, Sizemore, D. Lee). If we replayed this season 10 times, you might finish in the bottom half 6 times or more, but the 2 or 3 times that you kept all your guys healthy and producing you'd take 1st running away.
Teahen will not cut it at 3B. I'd wait for Berkman to get healthy, and then see if you can swing him or D. Lee for a top 10 3B. Or even better (since we're in a gambling mood), maybe plug Berkman in at first and then float Pujols for A-Rod/Longoria AND an upgrade at C, SS, or SP. Pujols is that much better than everyone else, and you could get top dollar for him in a trade.
You're going to need a different 3B and a little luck. But if things fall right, you could be scary good.
