without knowing everything involved and just one of those 2 straight up for Reynolds i wouldnt do it
but again i do not know what stats your league counts and what your team make up is or anything

I think Reynolds has a little more value than either of those guys, but if i had to choose between the two, I would probably go Wainwright.

Id want more for Reynolds. The guy is seriously under rated around here. 45 jacks last year and he's entering the golden age of 27. Lincecum, Halladay or no thanks IMO

it depends on if you are really desperate for a pitcher and what your current roster looks like, but I wouldn't trade Reynolds for neither of them. if you need the pitcher, I'd actually say Verlander. Verlander is a work horse and stays in games long than Wainwright and can easily surpass him by 40-50 K's, which may speak to as why Wainwright has that lower ERA/WHIP.
