Just as a follow up to this, today I was able to move Doumit, Ibanez, Rivera, and Sabathia, for Montero, BJ Upton, Matt Cain, and Brandon Wood. Feel just fine about this, and can go watch my Sox in peace tonight without worrying about CC's performance. Thanks for the help guys, and feel free to criticize the move if I deserve it. So far I'm feeling pretty good on opening day
