Trade Pence for either Floyd or Dempster? WHIR

This is a 10-team, h2h points league. Assuming you could afford trading an OF (Pence is on my bench, along with Choo), would you trade Pence for Floyd or Dempster, or is this not getting good value back?

If so, which of the two SP's would you rather have?

Pence for Dempster is a pretty even trade... I think Pence for Floyd you would be giving up a tick more value then what you would be getting back...

Also would take Baker, Billingsley, Anderson, Wandy, Vazquez, Weaver, Floyd's counter part Danks, James Shields, Peavy, Scherzer or even Matt Garze for Pence...

Any other opinions on this? Floyd was offered, not sure if I should try to get Dempster or take Floyd...
