That's a tough question. All have potential sleeper status. All play for teams that will get the wins. All have great K ability. It's a toss-up, but I'd lean toward Price. Hughes pitches in a hitter friendly park, and Buchholz has a high spring ERA. Those things really don't matter, but I'll pick Price.
I some what agree, but guys like Jeremy Hellickson are knocking on the door....obviously there is always the potential of a Rays young gun struggling and Sonnanstine making his way back into the rotation as well....
As soon as Howell is back healthy, no one outside of the Top 3 is safe...

I agree with the this post entirely. I was going to go with Hughes, but the point about the ballpark was a very good one. I like Hughes better, but without seeing how he does in a full year in that park, I think he's riskier than Price, so I'l go along with the quote above.
