Depends a bit on your league's stats.
If your league counts doubles and triples and average and singles I would take Callaspo. After all, the guy had well over 100 singles, 41 doubles, and I think 7-10 triples. 70+ rbis too, so maybe he comes close to those again if he definitely bats third.
If, however, it is more of a 5x5 situation, I think you get better production powerwise from SRod. Callaspo is indeed recovering with the rib/oblique thing, but I have been unable to pounce of SRod for the fact that I just don't feel comfy with teams like Tampa and COlorado who have TONS of talent and you are uncertain if a guy will play. Then again, Ben Zobrist got his abs.
All told, refer to my notes above regarding your league categories and act accordingly.
