Hey guys, I've been offered this trade in a keeper league (you can keep guys up to 3 years before they enter the draft pool). In a 10 team rotisserie league with fairly standard scoring.
Pablo Sandoval (entering second of three years)
Clayton Kershaw (entering second year)
Huston Street (entering first season)
For
Troy Tulowitzki (entering second year)
Jon Lester (entering third year)
My current roster looks like this:
C Joe Mauer (Min - C) Entering third year
1B Albert Pujols (StL - 1B)
2B Brandon Phillips (Cin - 2B)
3B Michael Young (Tex - 3B)
SS Troy Tulowitzki (Col - SS)
OF Nick Markakis (Bal - OF) Entering third year
OF Carl Crawford (TB - OF) Entering second year
OF Torii Hunter (LAA - OF)
Util Derek Jeter (NYY - SS)
Util Jason Kubel (Min - OF)
Chris Coghlan (Fla - OF)
Yunel Escobar (Atl - SS)
Álex Ríos (CWS - OF)
Bengie Molina (SF - C)
Jon Lester (Bos - SP) Entering third year
Chad Billingsley (LAD - SP)
Joe Nathan(Min - RP) - DL for year Entering second year
Matt Lindstrom (Hou - RP)
Leo Núñez (Fla - RP)
Scott Baker (Min - SP)
John Danks (CWS - SP)
Matt Garza (TB - SP)
Rick Porcello(Det - SP)
Hiroki Kuroda (LAD - SP)
Also, I couldn't attend my draft, so the auto pick stuck me with Jeter when I already had Tulo.
What do you guys think?

Absolutely given you have Jeter and those keeper contracts are coming up.

Imo, I rather keep Lester and Tulo and try to shop Jeter for power. Btw, Young is very underrated hitter.

Thanks, I know I need some power, but I felt my bigger weakness is P both SP and RP. Do you disagree?

Your SP pitching is fine with Lester, Billingsley, Baker, Garza, Porcello and as for RP, you should get by with Nunez and Lindstorm. Btw, Street is out so Morales getting the first chance to closed while Street is out.

I'd stick with Tulo, but I'm admittedly a big fan of his. I like Pablo too, but Tulo is the 2nd best SS and there are plenty of decent 1B

Thanks for the replies. Tough trade. I like either way I'm missing out on something.
