Did I Improve this Team or Make it Worse?

Itook over this team in a 20 team dynasty league. I made several trades to tweak this team up. Below are both my old and current roster. How did I do in regards to improving my team? Do you think I made the right moves?

You added some depth in the lineup. Sacrificing Hanley is rough, though Upton isn't a bad consolation prize. Your pitching looks weaker, though. Losing Haren, Jurrjens, and Kuroda, and the big addition being Hamels, that's going to hurt.

As a dynasty, I like the prospects much better. Smoak, Montero, and Avila are an improvement over Viciedo.

Overall, some up, some down. Though I don't like the fact that you made John Danks change the way he spells his name. He's been in the majors long enough, he can spell it any way he sees fit. And if you have the ability to clone pitchers, I'd clone Lester long before Guthrie.
