Lackey & Happ for Kershaw & Chapman

I've got a offer for John Lackey & JA Happ, and would receive Kershaw & Chapman.

I really like Kershaw, but Chapman won't start for a month. Thoughts?

I would do this in a second. Happ is serviceable but probably no where near as good as his surface stats from last season. I would do the deal even without getting Chapman in return.
