My current SP's are:

Lincecum
Slowey
Burnett
Lilly
Harden
Hughes

I am looking to drop one of these guys for de la Rosa and am thinking that the dropped SP will be Hughes.

What do you guys think?

No, don't drop Hughes. Lilly is hurt right now, so he could start the season on the DL, so you could add De La Rosa with the roster spot you get when you place Lilly on the DL.
