Trade proposal WHIR

It's a 12-team points league that emphasizes power for hitters and wins/strikeouts for SP.

I get: Zimmerman, Danks
He gets: Sabathia, Figgins

*Figgins is about to gain 2B-elig., but I also have Beckham and (for now) Felipe Lopez. As far as starters, I also have Halladay, Hamels, Liriano and Chris Young. My top power hitters are Pujols, Holliday and Cruz, plus a bunch of guys who project at 15-20 HRs like CarGo, Beckham, Garrett Jones and Napoli.

Should I do the trade?

Quite tough to say -- if you think your league does not reward pitching to such a degree that you could part with him then I think you are getting a good talent in Zimmerman. But pure talentwise, I prefer Sabathia/Figgins.

Honestly, see if you can get someone better than Danks. I like the idea of the trade, but if pitchers are worth a lot, you should leverage Sabathia's worth - Sabathia is worth a decent amount more than Zimmerman, so tell him you'll need him to bring a little more heat than Danks to make it happen.

I would not do this trade, you can get quite a better pitcher than Danks.
