DH Vladimir Guerrero -- He took a .311 batting average into Sunday's game with 14 hits in 45 at-bats. He has five doubles but no home runs. His batting practices have been monstrous at times and he seems to be moving well on the bases. Biggest issue is how much time he gets in the outfield. Washington wants him out there on occasion although there appears no compelling reason except to keep Guerrero focused.

same with Matsui:
Mar 26 Matsui is scheduled to play six innings in the outfield in Friday's spring training game against San Francisco, the LA Times reports.
Recommendation: Matsui played four innings in the field on Monday and did not report any soreness afterward. Hopefully Matsui is able to start a few games in the field early in the season in order to firm up his OF eligibility.
