Dealing Pujols

Postby TheMadHungarian » Tue Mar 30, 2010 6:21 pm

Got an offer for Pujols. I like Baker, but the guy also has Lester and Ubaldo. He won't seem to budge on those two.

I'm not going for it. Should I counter with Pujols and Slowey (or Zambrano) for Prince and Lester (or Ubaldo)?

Just offered another guy Pujols for Felix Hernandez and Longoria.

Pujols and Slowey for Prince and Ubaldo seems fair to me.(Slowey's been doing really good this spring FYI). But if the other guy takes Pujols for Felix Hernandez and Longoria jump on it ( I would be VERY surprised if he did take that deal)

I would want at least Longoria and Felix for Pujols. I wouldn't deal Pujols for Fielder and Ubaldo.

You wouldn't take Prince and Ubaldo for Pujols? Interesting. I think Ubaldo's got CY Young quality stuff and getting to pitch in the NL West helps a lot.

I love Slowey this year. I think he's going to have a really solid season, so I'm not making that counter offer.

How about Wright and Halladay for Pujols? My team can spare the power more than the AVG hit.

I don't think he'll do Felix and Longoria. The guy also has Kendry Morales and Lincecum. I'd give Pujols for those two, but my AVG would suffer a bit - same with Longoria. My league also counts OBP and QS by the way.
