De la rosa or Sanchez? WHIR

I am looking to drop Jake Fox (he was autodrafted) for a SP. I have narrowed it down to Jorge De le Rosa and Jonathan Sanchez.

Who would be the best pick up?

yea sorry, i'm the 3rd year of a 5x5 12 team yahoo keeper league, where we keep 5. I won't be keeping either of these guys, I just want to drop some of my loose baggage for some quality players.

I was first thinking De la Rosa, but I am going to drop Chris Davis (ARZ) too, would it be smart to get Sanchez as well or go for a bat.?

Redraft or Keeper/Dynasty, Jonathan Sanchez. Both pitchers have high K rates, but De La Rosa has done it one year compared to Sanchez doing it back-to-back. Would also like to see how De La Rosa's arm reacts to the jump in IP, remember this cat was a MR and spot starter up until 3 years ago, since then he had back-to-back years of 130IP, last year was his first year throwing anything above 135IP, and he went for 180+.

Also if you look at Sanchez's K rates they are actually higher then De La Rosa's, last year, Sanchez-177K in 163IP=9.8 K/9 , De Le Rosa-193K in 185IP=9.4 K/9. They basically have the same K:BB at 2:1. I just lean more towards Sanchez having the better year, and he doesn't pitch half his games at Coors (De La Rosa and his 5+ERA at Coors last year).
