I wouldn't do the deal, Hill will regress from last year, but he plays at a much scarcer position. Hill is borderline top-5 at 2B, and I wouldn't be surprised by a line something like .290/22/90. You should be able to get someone with a longer track record of production in the OF for that.

That's what I was thinking Jusman. Get monster arms for Utley and change course.
Hill isn't due for that big a regression. He was on course for a breakout '08 before suffering a concussion. His peripherals say he's good. Maybe not '09 good, but still much better than any UTL option you have.
