Are you drafting these guys in 10 team leagues or just putting them on your watch list? I really like Garcia, Kennedy, and Norris. Gio too, but I feel like he is still a bit risky.

10 team leagues they aren't on a roster for me right now. If they start hot or have good matchups then they may make it onto my 10 team roster. But they are close IMO. Depending on how deep the rosters are and if it's keeper or not also makes a difference. I have some of them in a 12/14/16 team leagues I'm in.
I've got Bud Norris, Gio, Kris Medlen (if they ever let him start), and Jonathon Niese (mostly because he spells Jonathon with two "o"s and also because something has to go right for the Mets some time, right?)
