I'm keeping an eye on him as well. Good K rates, manageable BB rates, induces more GB than FB, good contact rates, tosses absolute gas...the peripherals would suggest an above average pitcher. However, his 17.6% HR/FB, 67.1% strand rate, and .353 BABIP in the majors is, for lack of a better term, completely bonkers.
I still like Norris better, though.

Really? Dude is practically a caricature of a junkballing lefty. He could beat minor league hitters with his 85 mph fastball and 73 mph change, but it doesn't look like major leaguers were very fooled by his junk.
