10 teams H2H. Weekly Changes.

I receive: Pujols, J Hamilton
He receives: R Howard, J Werth

My roster

C: Montero
1B: P Fielder
2B: A Cabrera
3B: Reynolds
SS: J Reyes
OF: Werth, Hunter, Borbon
Util: R Howard
Util: Vlad
Bench: C Quentin

SP: J Santana, M Cain, Peavy, Webb, Duchscherer, Kazmir
RP: Papelbon, Wagner, Gonzalez, Frasor, Aardsma, Lidge

I'm trying to find a way to get Quentin in my lineup or at least in a 3 person platoon situation with Hamilton and Vlad (it's also a weekly league so if one of them is injured then I cannot switch him out until the end of the week). I'm high on Vlad because he is in a potent lineup and is playing in a park where he has hit 400 over his career; Hamilton I'm also high on for obvious reasons. Werth is a good fantasy player, but I think with Borbon, Reyes, Reynolds, Hunter, and Cabrera I can absorb the hit on steals (plus Pujols is running more, no?).

I would make the deal too. Your getting the best player and I would roll the dice on a JHam. You would start Valddy over Quentin? I wouldn't. Thanks for the help.

Initially, I think. .300-.310 is a sure thing for Vlad, and I think with his new environment he can be a 30/100/100 guy. Quentin's also a 30/100/100 guy, but as last year showed, his batting avg is suspect.

I would make the trade. I don't think Werth will have the year he did last year and Pujols will always put up monster numbers with a 335 average which is nice. I am hoping Hamilton bounces back with a 30 100 year, and he should barring injury/fall back to drugs etc.

I'm not buying the Hamilton bounce back year, but i am buying the Quentin bounce back year. definitly play Quentin over Vlad. But because you recieve the best player in the League i would do the trade.
