Would Quentin improve this weak outfield?

I'm in a 10-team H2H (non-keeper.) 10 offensive cats (R, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SF, SB, BB, K, AVG).

We had an autodraft last week and my OF (below) is awful. Somebody just dropped Carlos Quentin. No way I'll waste my #2 waiver on him, but would you scoop a FA Quentin over any of my current guys?......
