Alcides Escobar? WHIR

Everth Cabrera is currently my starting SS (he was cheap speed) and Martin Prado is my MI. Alcides Escobar just became available on the waiver wire. Is he worth picking up? Would be better to start over Cabrera or Prado? Would he be better than Scott Sizemore?(who I also have on my bench)
