I have to agree, I would do it. Cruz has a lot of upside, but Howard is so consistently good, especially with OBP instead of AVG. Helton is a good choice for your league, but maybe you could pickup Swisher, Nick Johnson, or J.D. Drew to replace his numbers. And I think Lackey is going to do great in Boston's stacked rotation, he's been lights out in spring so far....
