Upside really. Carmona was great in '07, and, for a variety of reasons, has been forgettable for the last two years. Kennedy hasn't had enough sample size to turn anyone off enough to pass over his prospect status. I tossed him into my post for upside reasons, but I wouldn't actually take him there (or Carmona) over Duch or Hughes. If the question was
would you take Kennedy or Carmona then the answer changes a little. I think it's as much about the standard sort of form for answering these sorts of questions as it is anything else - you get a couple of serious options and a flyer. That's just how the list reads I guess.
I also hadn't taken a good look at Carmona's spring numbers. Now I have, and they look pretty sweet.
