Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

10 Team Head to Head 7x7
I was supposed to have the 2nd overall pick in the draft. The guy with the 1st overall draft offered me his 1st rounder (1st overall) and his 19th-rounder, for my 2nd (19 overall) and 3rd rounder (22 overall). So basically I would start my draft with Pujols and Hanley, but then would have to wait until pick 39 to pick again..
Is this worth it? Also, what direction should I go from there? I was thinking about either grabbing an scarce position with my 4th rounder and then a pitcher with my 5th rounder. Or should I draft a pitcher in the 4th and 5th, leaving me with 2 studs on offense and 2 top notch pitchers.
Please help! Leave a link and I will help you with yours!

Wow...I see your thought process here. A team with Hanley and Puljos is pretty ridiculous. I was in a similar situation a few weeks back and the way I tried to think about it was would you trade someone like Kinsler and Tulo for Hanley. Because those are the two guys (or types of guys) that you would end up with. Really, that 19th round pick is for reaching, so it's not much.
Basically, when I look at it like that, it's not worth it.
If you did take it, I would see where the draft has gone. Depends on the drop off for 2B or 3b.
Help?

Yes, I would do that for sure. Take the 2 best players in fantasy baseball and worry about the rest later. I'd nab the best pitcher on the board and then the best position player available with your 4th and 5th picks. In a 10 team league, there will still be PLENTY of studs left on the board. Do it without hesitation.
