say i'm out of town and i've already used my "bye" week. can I submit my picks to Arlo or Menyak?

Yep, still working on the interface though.

As for submitting your tips, the general procedure is to submit it via the weekly thread. That's necessary so the scores can be calculated quickly and automatically. Now if it's week 20 and you're among the last 3 in the contest but stuck somewhere on an oil rig in Northern Siberia, I'm sure we can make an exception, but basically it's via the thread's submission form only. ;-)

This will be ready early next week, the first WW weekend is April 10/11.
