Starting Pitchers - AVOID / TARGETS

My league PITCHER scoring is 10 pts a win, -5 a loss and 1pt per K.

12 team h2h Keeper Mixed league auction. Most of the top 20 are keepers -- only up for Auction are Beckett and Haren.

I'm looking for Players to target that are undervalued and players to Nominate that are Overvalued and will get money off the board.

Some that are difficult to value heading into 2010: Harang, Ted Lilly, Matt Garza, Francisco Liriano.

Any insights on Pitchers that could have breakout years but are undervalued for injuries, past production etc.

Also looking for pitchers that I can nominate in an auction that will take money off the board but will likely overvalued and will disappoint in 2010.

I like Garza a lot, i think he can be a dominant arm.
