I have 2 trade offers on the table which makes more sense for me ( from the same owner)? I have 2 Ulitity spots

1st offer his Adrián González and J.A. Happ for my Rajai Davis and Clayton Kershaw

2nd offer his Justin Morneau and Edwin Jackson for my Rajai Davis and Clayton Kershaw

Hers's the thing he also has Jake Peavy. I tried to get him to bite by on trading me Morneau and Peavy for Davis and Kershaw it didn't work but it was worth the try... He's really high on Kershaw.. Here's my team:
