Trying to land Beckham

I am in a 12 team H2H league. R, HR, RBI, SB, Strikeouts, OBP. W, Losses, K, ERA, WHIP, SV

I am trying to make an offer for Beckham to use him at my 2b spot. Plus it is a keeper, we keep only 2 and they are kept 2 rounds earlier than they were drafted. Beckham went in round 9. The owner has him at 3B, and Derosa on the bench to fill in. He only has 4 starters, 1 bring Chapman which may start in the minors. I have already offered Billingsley and he said Beckham was worth more to him. I don't think my staff is all that strong, but can I spare Cain, and offer him for Beckham?
