Since it is not a keeper I could see doing this. Maybe wait for Wood to hit the DL first and pick him up with out dropping Bucholz. See how they each start the season before needing to make a decision.

Once Wood goes on the DL, I think I'm gonna try to get a good "Holds" candidate like Gregerson, Caridad, or Bard, so that limits my options with that.

Also, the owner that has Bedard, might be willing to trade him for Buchholz straight up. I could move Bedard to the DL and slide Marcum in to that spot if he goes for it....thoughts??

I would do it. Marcum has more potential and value imo. He has shown flashes of ace stuff in the past and will likely be the #1 for the jays.

Because your Kinsler post was both insightful and hilarious:

I am posting again to add that I too think Marcum has shown ace flashes and more consistency than Bucholz, who may not even have the consistency of diahrea at this point.
