Is this a keeper league? If so then Heyward is an easy choice IMO. If not I'd probably trust in the bats you have and take the Sheilds over Wade upgrade to your staff. I don't think Heywards returns this year are going to be good enough to take him over Shields.

Shields would be good for this year if there's no limitations on number of starts in your league. Thats alot of pitching. although stashing Heyward incase one of your outfielders gets hurt could be a boon later in the year as well.....Shields if no limitations on starts or innings.

Hmm, even then, you do have a shizz load of good pitching, so I might be tempted to take a flyer on Heyward anyway. You might lose a touch of overall value, but you get the benefit of cheering for a great prospect over a pitcher buried so deep in your rotation that he's lucky to second-hand sun. Plus if Heyward breaks out you'll be in clover. I'd call that low-risk high-reward.
I'm not going back on my "Shields is the value" comment from earlier, but Heyward does sound like more fun, even in a redraft.
