Feliz or Holland? Which one do I drop?

Which one do I drop? They are both my RP and I know Holland is going to the AAA, but Feliz has more upside. Is Feliz going to have a shot this year in the rotation or is he just a bullpen guy this year?

I like Feliz there, although I'm not sure he gets a shot at the rotation.

In our league ( 12 team keeper H2H points ) a save is only worth 5 pts. So an SP that qualifies @ RP like Happ is the top RP. So I should drop Holland? I'll post my roster and see if there is anyone else I should drop. I can't drop Volquez because if I decided to keep him next year he would be a 19th round pick.

Let me back up a minute, who are you dropping guy X for? (something I should have asked to start this off)

C. Richard. Even with his average projections of 10 wins 180 inn and 130 K he is a top 12 RP. I could go Lidge or Qualls but they are both 20-25 ranked RP's.

Hmm, well, that seems worth doing. For my part I'd probably still keep Feliz. When in doubt go with the guy who's in the bigs to start the season. I think it's all pretty coin-flippy though.
