Trade offer in roto 5x5 keeper league

so, here is the trade i was offered in a standard 5x5 roto league with keepers. The other team offered to trade me Cliff Lee for Jayson Werth. Lee is not a keeper but I can make him one at the end of the season if i so wish. Jayson Werth is a keeper through 2012. In 2011 I will lose an 14th round pick, and in 2012 i will lose an 11th rounder.I have to have five outfielders. My outfielders are: werth, braun, crawford, jack cust, rajai davis. I have michael cuddyer who can also play of.

my starters are brett anderson, josh beckett, mark buehrle, edwin jackson, mat latos, joel pineiro, brad penny and david price.

i have broxton and bailey as closers. would like a third and the team with lee has chris perez i was thinking about asking for in addition.

1so my questions...

1) with the above info, is the trade beneficial to me. i love lee, but feel werth is a great value and i have good SP

2) would me asking for a closer on top be too much? he has aardsma, jenks and qualls.
