Farm Draft - Looking for Help

I play in a 14 team keeper league, using regular 5X5 categories. We have a supplemental draft at the end of our draft for adding 3 farm players (2010, 2011, 2012). Used correctly the farm spots turn into extra keepers. I have all three spots open and I find myself less prepared than usual this year. I have the 6th and 12th spot open. I've got some players in mind, I was interested in finding out if anyone has opinions on them. Here is my short list;

Mike Stanton
Jesus Montero
Justin Smoak
Dustin Ackley
Mike Moustakas
Tim Beckham
Carlos Santana
Chris Carter (A's)

- Am I missing any high end prospects? What order would you have them?

This is a list of players that are already on farm rosters - Gordon Beckham, Stephen Strasburg, David Price, Andrew McCutcheon, Pedro Alvarez, Jair Jurjenns, Kyle Blanks, Chris Tillman, Jason Heyward, Cameron Maybin, Adam Lind, Matt LaPorta)

There are also a few prospects drafted during our regular draft (Buster Posey, Desmond Jennings, Brian Matusz, Alcides Escobar)

If Jair Jurrjens is on a farm roster (434 IP in the MLB), I'm confused as to what exactly defines a prospect in your league.
