I think going pitching is going to be your best bet. Greinke if available and then I wouldnt blame you for going after Wainwright over some of the other options.
I'd look for Butler or Berkman at 1b, Berkman may slip far into the draft because of the injury concern and he could pay off big time.

I have Wainwright 12th.
Verlander had a 10.1 K/9, to Wainwrights 8.2. Wainwright had a 100 inning jump, which could be a concern.

I decided I am going Greinke at #4, no matter what. If he's gone, then Haren. I have 6 hitters, so if you view it, this is my "7th rounder" and in the 7th round, you normally have a starter by then. I need that ace to anchor my staff.
