Your team looks strong other than relief pitching, which hurts Saves, WHIP, and ERA. Check to see who's on the WW and trade out some of your lower-tier starters. You can easily get more overall value out of 7th and 8th inning guys than from a marginal starter, in general.

I like your top-3 starting pitchers, and Ben Sheets could be a big value sleeper - good grab. Maybe beef up your relievers if you can. Your lineup is decent, but there are a few obscure names in there that may be disposable if they don't produce. Scour the waiver wire for solid, productive guys who aren't taken b/c they're not as flashy as the top guys. I think you have one in Adam LaRoche - he's the prototype.

Yeah I actually could have had a better staff. I had a chance to draft Lackey, but passed. I think for a 14 team league you have to expect some holes.

I like your top 3 starters but you could really use some help with saves. I also think you need another power bat. What hitters and relievers are available on the waiver wire?
