I really want to pick him up before some1 else pulls the trigger but I realy dont know who to drop, it might hafta be Carlos Quentin, as hes my "worst" player or Ricky Romero... hmmm, mod edit- this is tough! I could also dump Smoak but hes a prospect whos hitting well too. those are the only 3 players thatre even close to "drop-able"... sorry to hijack this thread but i really need some advice here! I need to make a move ASAP! Like now! haha.... Heres to Snider continuing to KILL the BALL!!!!
PS. Now Yahoos got an article on their Mainpage with Travis Sniders picture as the main picture, as well as an entrie write up about him. This definitely shortens to time-frame that I have to grab this kid! It may have closed the window all together actually!!! Damn I hate those Yahoo articles sometimes!!!!!!
I just dropped Quentin for him in a shallow league. Quentin has been on the wire before and no one touched him (until I picked him up), so I figure if he starts heating up at some point, he'll still be there for me to grab. Depending on the rest of your SP, I'd also consider dumping Romero for him. I think a slight implosion may be coming.
Oops. Hope you didn't take my advice there.
For sure. No implosion forthcoming with that ridiculous change he's showcasing.

What do you make of his control issues in his previous 3 or 4 starts? Was he just nibbling - not attacking the zone?
A little off topic. But, how do you guys feel about having two players from the same team in starting line up. Ethier went down. We play 4 OF and 2 Util. I am thinkin about sliding Snider in and I have Lind as well.

In H2H, 2 is fine. Once you get to 3, it gets dangerous. If they are slumping or have a real tough pitching week, it can get hairy.

Nibbling, weir could probably elaborate more as I only watched one of those starts........I think he's realizing that he can basically live off of that change as long as his fastball is hitting.....it's quickly becoming one of if not the best pitch in baseball.
Having two position players from same team in h2h is no big deal. Having more than that can get dicey especially if its NE team in the spring. Having said that I do have Rollins /Werth and Victorino but obviously since Rollins hasent played and the worst of the spring weather in NE should be over i ts not a problem
Blue Jays placed OF Travis Snider on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right wrist.
She said always remember never to trust me She said that the first night that she met me She said "there's gonna be a time when I'm gonna have to go with whoever's gonna get me the highest."
In Shandlers Baseball Forecaster he basically says believe nothing you are told about injuries by clubs when they occur. Also remember Toronto has a long history of being even more dishonest (or incompetent) than most. I had feeling right away that all wasnt well.
