Chris Tillman or Carlos Carrasco? Just wondering what people think about these two prospects. I just read on CBS Sportsline that Carrasco will probably make the Indians lineup. Tillman has the 5th spot in the Orioles rotation. Which will be more valuable this year? Who has bigger upside this year? THANK YOU!! WHIR!

I think Carrasco definitley has more upside potential. I'd go with him.
