Your starting pitching is pretty shaky for a 10 teamer. Although I think it is your only major weakness
I'll look at it 1 by 1
Vazquez is a guy who has a tendency to give up the long ball, and he just made a move to one of the most hitter happy parks in baseball. The wins will be there, the K's will be there, but the peripherals could get ugly this year. Cain had an incredibly lucky BABIP as well as a high strand rate last year. He's a solid pitcher, but not '09 solid. I like Nolasco bouncing back this year, and he is having one heck of a spring too. Couple Ray's starters are alright, but that division is a bit of a negative. Hopefully Garza's falling velocity trend stops and the rising K/9 trend continues. I think Liriano could get things together this year, and that would be a boon for you.
I think you could use an ace or a couple solid starters to shore up the rotation. It is not unbearable, but I would look to boost it through out the season. I wouldn't panic and hastily make moves quite yet, let the starters settle out into the season. A couple good ones will emerge on the WW of a 10 team league ready for the plucking.
