Who to drop for Carlos Carrasco?

Who to drop for Carlos Carrasco? I play in a 10 team H2H/total points league... We have deep rosters and pitching is a premium. The waiver wire in terms of pitching is pretty sparse and CBS Sportsline reported that Carlos Carrasco might make the Indians rotation. So... I want to pick him up but am not sure which arm to drop. Would you drop any of these players for Carlos Carrasco? If so, who would you drop?

Chris Tillman (very good prospect... uneven results last year)
Gio Gonzalez (great K potential and young, but a little wild)
Kevin Correia (lots of quality starts last year but... he's Kevin Correia)
Octavio Dotel (need two closers and Street is hurt)
Jon Rauch (need two closers and Street is hurt)
Huston Street (Hurt..ugh)
