I just finished the draft on my team. Ithink I'm a little weak on pitching, very weak on saves. I'd like help trying to figure out the team rating overall. Any analysis, critique, insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone I should drop? How does the team look? What areas should I improve?
In a 12 teamer, I think the pitching is actually alright. I don't love YoGa and his innings jump makes me nervous, but you have a couple young starters who could make you look like a genius this year (BAnderson, Porcello, Scherzer, Price.) I actually think your team might be a little power light if anything. Very few HRs from 2B, 3B, SS, 2 of your OF spots and 1/2 UTIL guys. You could insert a few of your power bats off the bench instead of guys like Theriot. I'm actually confused as to why you have two SS's on this team, as shortstops tend to, well, suck.
I'm taking a chance that my young pitchers pan out and improve on last year. I can easily substitute Gutierrez or Ross in for Theriot. Theriot is only in the utility spot because he was drafted ahead of those guys, but he probably won't actually be in that spot when the games start. I'm actually looking to play Gutierrez there.
I'm also considering looking at some free agent power guys. Any thoughts on Marlon Byrd, Brandon Inge, Russell Branyan? They're some available FA's.
I like the pitching (not a big fan of Scherzer this year), and I would get rid of Ross, Gutierrez, and Theriot for different players or more pitching. I don't like to carry many offensive players on my bench. Is this H2H? Who is available?
You need more power. I read that a good number to go by is 250 Hrs and 150 steals to win a league. Trade some of that speed.

I agree with the statement above...Ross and Theriot are streaky at the plate. i has Ross last season for about amonth when he was hot, but then he went twice as cold. Drop him and Theriot but keep an eye on them if they start to heat up, especially if you are lacking in power (which your lineup most likely will) because Ross can give you5-7 homers in a 2 week span.
Out of those options, I'd take Branyan. I could see an argument for Inge, but his average has a lot lower of a floor than Russ'. I also think Branyan will hit more HRs than Inge over the course of the year.
If Matsui is available, I'd pick him up. He's going to avoid a lot of wear and tear by not playing the field, and he's still super productive when he plays.

I'll put in the waiver claim. Which of my speed guys should I try to trade? I did find one team that has a ton of power but almost no speed.
