I think I have plenty of speed and my pitching seems perfect, lacking some power I think I need another power hitter (30+ hrs 90-100 RBIs) maybe justin upton or jayson werth? What do you think? Will help in return.

Moving one of your speedster OF's (McCutch or Nard Dawg) for some increased power couldn't hurt. I'd also grab another closer or closer in waiting.

You're strong in Runs and SBs and your BA is a little low for a 12-team league, but isn't gonna kill you. I would definitely try to get another power hitter who will give you 30+ HRS and 100 RBI. Maybe after Heyward lights it up for the first couple weeks try flipping him plus McCutchen or Span for someone? I like your pitching to a degree, but its definitely not perfect. I like your first three starters Johnson, Lester, and Gallardo (although his ERA and WHIP will be relatively high), but past that I don't see you having much depth. I'm not a big fan of Hudson or Pettite and if I were you I would try to get another reliable Top-50 pitcher.
