I am thinking the Reyes/Reynolds side is riskier but potentially the perfect speed/power combo that fills out my team needs.
Jeter/Zimmerman is safer and consistent and easier on the AVG...
I am just looking at these combos post draft - I went Reynolds 4th round and Reyes 5th, but in hindsight I could have went Jeter 4th and Zimmerman 5th.... what do u think?
5x5 H2H NON-KEEPER 12 Teams - 25 man roster
C- Montero 1B- M-Cab 2B- Kinsler 3B- Reynolds SS- Reyes OF- Braun, C. Lee, N. Cruz UTIL- Rios BN Bruce
SP- Johan Santana SP- Hamels RP- F. Francisco RP- Marmol SP- Kershaw SP- Nolasco SP- B. Anderson
Jeter/Zimmerman. Especially in a non-keeper. Reyes could very well miss most of April, and not been in form until May. Ill take Jeter for consistency all year.
Not to mention Zimmerman could put up man beast numbers this year.
There's a good case that Zimmerman is closer to third round talent... you're looking at an injury/regression combo in reyes/reynolds instead of the stability of Jeter/Zimm. I like the J/Z side of it.
