He wanted my Hamilton for his Francouer involved, but I have changed it up to the following thoughts. I'll only consider if he includes Abreu or Pence.
I GET: Floyd Chapman Feldman
I GIVE: Capps Rauch G Jones
Thoughts? I'll respond to any post.

I'd make the trade. The upside of Chapman makes it worth it. I'm not as down on Capps as most are, but he's nothing special. Rauch isn't in at closer yet and Feldman is alright. Thanks for your help with mine.
Closers are not great... Madson, who I have hunch sticks his closer gig and Frank Francisco. I also just got Chris Perez and dumped Nathan. But I do have a deal on the other side to pick up a Hoffman, Franklin, or Valverde. This other owner is stacked in closers.
I guess the issue for me is gauging Garrett Jones true value.... I am not high on him, but some seem higher than I am. I want to deal him, but get best value. What do you think I am looking at in terms of getting a SP for him???

I see G Jones value as getting either a young boom-bust type pitcher like Chapman, Matusz, and J Sanchez; or a Steady, unspectacular veteran type like Buehrle, Kuroda, or Arroyo. It just depends on the type of picture you need on your staff who you want to trade for. There's nothing wrong with your trade, but there's probably nothing too exciting about it either unless Chapman has a Tommy Hanson type year, which I don't expect.

You don't need to carry 5 closers, so this trade isn't bad. You are getting a top prospect who could be very good for you. Chapman is the key to the trade.
